Halibut fillet, gently broiled with lemons, garlic butter, and herbs.

Wasabi Salmon

Wild salmon fillet dredged in lemon pepper and sesame seeds.  Oven broiled in garlic butter and white wine then lightly topped with a zesty wasabi cream sauce.

Tiger Prawn Dinner

Tiger prawns sautéed and served in a garlic lemon butter.

Curry Coconut Prawns

Coconut crusted tiger prawns served on a bed of curry sauce.

Salmon Oscar

7 oz Filet of salmon poached and topped with crab meat, shrimp, asparagus and bernaise sauce.
